You really need to start from the business goal and your company strategy to go forward, otherwise, you’ll just end up chasing something for the sake of technology,” says Jyrki Keinänen.

“We are now offering the same experiences, the same tools, and advisories to our customers. This is something that definitely should be utilized, because there are loads of good experiences to be shared, and we are open with that,” says Janne Öhman.
